Uganda – Gorillas in the Mist
One of the most amazing things I have encountered in all my travels. Apart the from difficult hike up the mountain, time with the Gorillas up close and personal, was incredible.
Uganda has more than half of the world’s mountain gorilla population found on the Virunga Mountain slopes in Mgahinga National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. There are two species of gorilla recorded only in Africa: the Eastern and Western Gorilla.
Uganda is a great add on if you are travelling in the Eastern part of Africa -Tanzania or Kenya.
